We, the residents of Pestom Sagar, Chembur and surrounding neighbourhoods, respectfully urge the concerned authorities to reserve and develop the open land parcel opposite Angelore Society and Holy Family High School as a dedicated Citizens' Ground and Public Recreation Space.

Pestom Sagar has witnessed significant residential growth over the years, while the availability of accessible public open spaces for children, youth, senior citizens, and families has steadily declined. The area is densely populated, yet residents have very limited options for safe outdoor recreation, sports, walking, exercise, and community activities.

This land presents a unique opportunity to create a much-needed community asset that can serve thousands of residents.

Why This Ground is Needed

1. Safe Play Area for Children
   Children in Pestom Sagar deserve a safe and accessible place to play outdoor sports, exercise, and engage in healthy activities away from traffic and congestion.
