Thank you for signing the petition and speaking up. On Sept 8, the City Commission approved the Reserve at Haw Creek (3–2). We have a 30-day window (until Oct 8) to evaluate a consistency challenge under Florida law.

Consulting land-use attorneys about a possible §163.3215 challenge.

Organizing evidence from the hearings and environmental/traffic materials.

Preparing factual statements from residents about flooding, wells, traffic, and wildlife use on/near the site.
