We are asking Fingal County Council to take urgent action against the person/persons responsible for recent oil spills.

We would like FCC to install CCTV along the river to catch illegal oil dumping. In addition to this we would be calling for oil detection sensors along the river. 

We are asking as many Balbriggan residents (swimmers, dog walkers, walkers, anybody that loves the amazing resource that we have on our doorstep) to sign this petition to bring about change and an end to oil spills and polluted water.

Oil is a carcinogenic substance to all forms of life and it is unacceptable that no action has been taken to investigate the source of the spills.
