Bring the Children and teach them how democracy is supposed to work. Sadly this impacts them.

Misconception 

The board seemed to make an assumption based on the views of a particular group. They feel that only Christians have concerns while they continue to ignore a larger portion of the community (as indicated by 3,000 petition signatures) who also do not agree with their stance.

Who obtained parental consent? How this was communicated to the students or parents before the board willfully decided to violate their students' rights to privacy and put them in a potentially unsafe environment? The community should demand resignations.

Remind them that the PA Constitution clearly states:

Article I, Section 1 provides: “All men are born equally free and independent, and have certain inherent and indefeasible rights, among which are those of enjoying and defending life and liberty, of acquiring, possessing and protecting property and reputation, and of pursuing their own happiness.”  

Article I, Section 28 provides: “Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania because of the sex of the individual.”

Nowhere in the PA Constitution does it say gender identity.
