We’ve just passed a major milestone—over 500 people have now signed the petition calling for more murals in New Brighton! That’s over halfway to our next goal, and it’s a powerful reminder of just how much these murals mean to all of us.

In total, the petition has now been viewed more than 30,000 times, shared 535 times, and supported by 51 amazing promoters. These numbers aren’t just stats—they represent real people who care deeply about the future of our town, about celebrating our stories, and about turning grey walls into canvases of pride and joy.

Thanks to the generosity of the community, we’ve also raised over £350, which is being used to help promote this petition and keep the momentum going. Every penny and every share is making a difference.

And it’s working.

Because of your support, action is already taking place behind the scenes—and very soon, we’ll be unveiling the first in a new wave of murals that will honour our local heroes, share our local stories, and remind everyone just how proud we are to call New Brighton home.
