Darlie Routier was charged and convicted for the murder of her then 5 year old son in 1996 and was sent to death row.  What people don't know is her husband Darin was in the home during the murders claiming to have slept through the entire attack.  For 23 years his story has continued to change in many ways.  He had no alibi and he was never investigated.  Evidence has come to light that more than implicates him in the crime.  Darin Routier admitted to hiring a lawyer by the name of Doug Mulder under the condition he not implicate him in the crime and Doug Mulder took the case and Darin was not implicated in the crime, nor was he ever investigated.
