I come from a fun loving family of 3 brother, 1 sister, 5 nieces and 4 nephews and a 13 year old son and for 12 plus years  I have watched them all grow up through photos.

All I am asking is for people to really look at the facts of this case coupled with the evidence and see that I am an innocent man.  I once believed in the justice system and never thought an innocent man could be convicted let alone be sent to DEATH ROW like it wasn't nothing, well I was wrong because it happen to me.  Upon my growing as man on DEATH ROW  I did a lot of research and found out that I am not the only person it happened to not only in Pennsylvania but across the country.  This country really needs to realize that NO ONE has the right to take a life. I have made mistakes in my life that I am not proud of but have never been in trouble for violence nor do I stand for it...  During my trial evidence was lost , misplaced and outright concealed.  Now in my possession are DNA results, the 1st officers sworn affidavit and his official police log to highlight a few error in my case...
