The District Prosecuting Attorney Henry  Boyce of Jackson Co. Newport Ar.  Will not prosecute the 14 yr.old old that shot 14 yr old Isaac in the face with a 12 gauge slug bullet shot gun. Which took Isaac head off. The District Prosecuting Attorney Henry Boyce of Jackson County says the gun malfunctioned. But the gun would not have killed Isaac if it had malfunctioned or had been pointed at his face and the trigger pulled not once but twice. There was not a proper investigation done by the Jackson County Sheriff's Dept.. The shooting occurred in Swifton, Ar which is also Jackson County. Isaac friend so he thought stayed the night with Isaac on 12/25/13. Then his suppose to been friend wanted him to come stay the night with him on 12/26/13. At approximately around 8:00p.m. on 12/26/13; Isaac mom got a call by her grandmother that Isaac had been shot in the face. The young man that took Isaac life remain free today. He was never arrested. When Detective Shannon Webb of Jackson County Sheriff's Department who also lives in Swifton, Ar went to question the 14 yr. old boy that shot and killed Isaac not once but twice in his home. Never took him to the station to be questioned. Isaac's investigation was poorly investigated. His wallet is missing they have lost his wallet. Even though Isaac mother was a white woman (Christy )and his father was black (Romy Williams) doesn't mean that he is any different from any human being on this earth.He was a sweet down to earth person.
