Both plead Not Guilty

Randolyn Laferney (who knew that was her real name?) and Andrew Hunigan both pled Not Guilty to the felony aggravate animal abuse charges against them, brought as a result of Dallas' death.  Randy was also charged with a Class D Felony of attempting tampering with evidence, based on her attempt to have Dallas' corpse cremated.

Motions are due in court by Jan 16, 2020, and the defendants will appear again on Jan. 30, I think in regards to said motions.  The judge's microphone was not on and most of us in the gallery had no idea what happened during the actual session.  Thanks to John Engle from WCYB for explaining it to me afterwards.
