Case over

All charges were dropped against Randi LaFerney.  

As quoted from a WCYB news article:
"Judge Lisa Rice sentenced (Andrew) Hunigan to one year of probation, a $25 fine plus court costs.

Hunigan was given a one year jail sentence to start after probation, but he was granted diversion, which means he can have the conviction and sentence removed from his record if he completes probation successfully.

The conditions of probation say Hunigan cannot own or care for any more animals than the three dogs and one cat he already owns during that year."
