Hi everyone. There are big things happening in the Team Coleman world. On Friday, Sept 24th, our counsel filed an amended Rule 32 with Mobile County Circuit Court, citing the applicable case law regarding the admissibility of my husband’s new discovery evidence, AND he advised us Judge York is ready to set an evidentiary hearing!! We need your support now, more than ever. Please check out Daniel Collins’s recent video about Leonard’s wrongful incarceration @confessionsofaconvict on TikTok and Instagram. Within three minutes, he masterfully sums up how Leonard, a man with no prior convictions, was railroaded. We are so grateful for his much-needed public support and need more people, just like him, to stand on the side of justice for Leonard. I have also posted contact info for Mobile County’s DA’s Office on this petition and @freeleonardcoleman for those who would like to place a phone call, or write a letter, encouraging the DA’s Office and Judge York to do the right thing.
