On Aug 10th, the Mobile County Assistant DA filed a Proposed Order to attempt to have Leonard’s new discovery evidence dismissed as hearsay. Our attorney, who is doing an amazing job, is set to respond no later than 9/27/2021 that the statements of Leonard’s innocence are absolutely admissible, under two, specific case laws.
