Summary
Donald Trump’s path to the Presidency involved conspiring with the Russian Government, Russian Oligarchs. and Russian Mafia against the United States of America. This villainous intention led to negotiating Quid Pro Quos with the highest levels of the Russian government for de facto control of the highest levels of the United States government by Russia, secretly transmitting illegal donations from the Russian government to the Trump Campaign via the NRA, operating decentralized communications with Russia’s Cyber-Espionage Forces, thereby aiding and abetting the crime of fraud with computers, illegal spying, and theft of legally protected data, and the propagation of fraudulent claims disguised as investigative journalism in order to misinform the voting population.
Requested Relief
Judgement against all Defendants, on all counts specified, is requested with compensatory and treble damages, losses, statutory damages, punitive damages, and illegal financial gains, awarded to all harmed individuals.
Issuance of a declaration of the Defendant’s guilt in conspiring with the government of the Russian Federation, and foreign nationals, to use stolen information to commit election fraud, during the 2016 USA Presidential Elections, and consideration of the invalidation of the 2016 USA Presidential Election results, pursuant to MARKS v. STINSON, 19 F.3d 873 (1994).
Issuance of restrictions on the Defendants of engaging in any activities that involve theft of data, or illegal manipulation of elections.
Awarding all costs and fees to the Plaintiff, including pre- and post-judgement interests.
Awarding any other relief deemed just and proper.
Jury Demand
Pursuant to Rule 38 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff demands trial by jury in this action of all issues triable.
