This petition was originally created after my encounter with Lisa Marie Hendren (Lisa Lewis). This is my personal experience and Darla’s Story......... 
I wanted a small dog and a friend sent me pictures of a lady surrounded by what looked like Chihuahua mix pups and their parents. September 27, 2017 I met Lisa Maire Hendren (Lisa Lewis) off 321 at a convenient store and paid her $250.00 for what I thought was a 12 week old pup. She sat her on the gravel and Darla ran as fast as her tiny little legs would go straight to me. Lisa informed me that she had let Darla fall off her bed and it knocked her out! She thought that was funny! Lisa also had:  two fluffy white dogs, an adult pit and a young blue pit. I asked Lisa if the other dogs were up for adoption too. She said she had just picked them up on the way to meet me. Knowing what I know now, I will always wonder what happened to them. I got Darla in the car and she was so weak, like running to me had exhausted her. She was very thirsty too and couldn’t get enough to drink. When I got her, home she ate like she was starving! By midnight she had glowing green diarrhea and started throwing up worms. The next morning, I was waiting at my vet before they opened. She only weighed 8 ounces, dehydrated IV fluids were administered, eye infection, upper respiratory infection and full of worms. It's a miracle my tiny girl didn't die! The vet said Darla was only 5 weeks old, not 12 weeks like I was told originally told. Weekly vet visits were required for wellness and to weigh in. For a while, it was like having a newborn. I was up around the clock feeding small amounts as advised by the vet until she was at a healthy weight, over the diarrhea, throwing up and congestion. My vet bills totaled around $700.00 to save Darla. Luckily, she survived, she’s healthy and now weighs 14lbs.
