Kristi Noem, Governor of South Dakota, took her 14-month old puppy to a gravel pit, and shot the dog in the head because "she hated the dog," a quote that is attributed to Rolling Stone Magazine.  Instead of taking the dog to the local, humane society, she decided to euthanize the dog herself, because the dog was "unruly." This is clearly a crime of animal cruelty, and the act should be prosecuted as such. Kristi Noem should be prosecuted for animal cruelty.
