Over a year after Donald Gollan was caught on a neighbours CCTV, throwing his girlfrields dog, Archie from the upstairs flat window in her home in Helensburgh, after he had already abused the dog, to the point where there was blood and faeces on the roof, the Crown, instead of choosing to charge him with animal cruelty, or similar. Something that would reflect the horror of his crime, they have decided to choose to charge him with 'threatening and abusive behaviour' only. 

Anyone with an ounce of common sense knows that someone who can jump on a dog, throw it off the walls and then throw it out of the window is not of sound body and mind and he should be prosecuted as such. The "threatening and abusive' charge is not just a huge miscarriage in justice, but it's a scary reflection of the soft approach our legal system has towards animal cruelty in general. 

Only a psychopath can casually murder a family pet. To allow this person to walk away with a mere slap on the wrists is absolutely repugnant. 

We, the British public urge the PF of West Dunbartonshire, Scotland to charge Donald Gollan with crimes that reflect his behaviour, and not let him off lightly. He is only one step away from casually murdering a child and our Judicial system is allowing it to be so. 

For the record, his girlfriends other dog was found dead in 'unusual circumstances' around 6 months prior to Donald being caught throwing Archie out of the window. 

We, the British public, shall not rest until Donald, the sick, twisted, psychopathic abuser who clearly gets off on defenseless animal cruelty is held responsible for his crimes and not allowed to walk away and live his life, Scot-Free. Anything less is abhorrent and an insult to not just his ex girlfriend, but animal lovers, the UK over.

This is something that should follow him to his grave and never be forgotten or forgiven.
