Prosecute Anthony Albanese and Penny Wong for Alleged Crimes Against Humanity and Genocide
The issue
As a deeply concerned citizen, I can no longer bear witnessing the loss of innocent children's lives. It is in response to this harrowing experience, that we are calling for the arrest and prosecution of Anthony Albanese and Penny Wong. They are suspected of committing Genocide and Crimes against Humanity suspecting violations of Division 268.8 (b) of The International Criminal Court (Consequential Amendments) Act 2002, and Division 80.2 D of the Criminal code of 1995.
The law states in part 80.2D—Advocating genocide, that one commits an offence if the individual "advocates genocide; and engages in the conduct reckless as to whether another person will engage in genocide." The individuals in question have allegedly been complicit in such advocacy, resulting in harm to innocent civilians in Gaza and the West Bank.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Statistics as of 28 July
Killed: at least 39,324 people, including more than:More than 15,000 children killed
Injured: more than 90,830 people
Missing: more than 10,000
More than half of Gaza’s homes have been destroyed or damaged
80% of commercial facilities
88% of school buildings
16 out of 35 hospitals are partially functioning
65% of road networks
267 places of worship
They have nowhere to go
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Our future as a society can no longer endure such alleged abuses of power, and we must take a stand to reinforce our commitment to justice and the rights of the most vulnerable amongst us. We demand that the authorities thoroughly investigate these suspicions and take swift and appropriate action against those responsible. Let us say 'no more' to genocide and crimes against humanity. Stand with us and sign this petition.
