Proposing the Constitutional Ammendment Of Zimbabwe To A Shared  Monarchy
In the following  article we are going to look at how Zimbabwe could achieve the same longevity as England which has been around since 1099 by ammending the contstitution to  a momarchy through a constitution renewal.
Zimbabwe is a republic and its constitution does not contain any provisions for establishing a monarchy or a king. Transitioning Zimbabwe from a republic to a monarchy would require a total overhaul of the nation's foundational governance system. The government and legal authorities have explicitly stated that the constitution has no legal framework or provision for a monarchy or royal kingship at the national level. The 2013 Constitution vests power in the people of Zimbabwe and creates an elected presidency. To move from a republic to a monarchy, the state would have to dismantle the current constitutional order.
Because a monarchy fundamentally alters the democratic and republican founding values of the nation (protected under Chapter 1), a standard amendment might not suffice.

It would likely require revoking the current constitution entirely and drafting a new monarchical constitution.
Any bill to amend or replace the constitution must pass through both National Assembly and the Senate, requiring a two-thirds majority vote of the total membership. Under Section 328 of the Zimbabwean Constitution, fundamental changes to foundational provisions require approval by a national public referendum. Unlike a constitutional monarchy or absolute monarchy, the idea of a shared monarchy explores the possibility of having numerous leaders as Co-Kings and Co-Queens. The Proposed Co-monarchies of the shared monarchy of Zimbabwe of Zimbabwe are Emmerson Mnangagwa, Constantino Chiwenga, Kembo Mohadi, Michael Tedzanai Moyo, Kenneth Sharpe , Billy Reutenbech, Strive Masiyiwa, Hopewell Chinono, Judas Mnangagwa, Sean Mnangagwa, Chris Mutsvangwa, Tatenda Mavetera, Kudzai Mnangagwa, Emmanuel Matatu, Phillip Valerio Sibanda, Phillip Chiyangwa
