The owner of Pangea Piercing, JC Potts, is a white supremacist who goes on racist tirades including the "N" word and sexually harasses his clients after getting them in a position where they would have a hard time walking away. 

Although women had been posting on Yelp and social media for years about his abuse, it took until late August for the news to go viral. Then dozens of women and others posted about having had similar experiences. 

Many, many women have reported that during piercing sessions he ranted about white supremacy and said sexually suggestive things them--including 16-17 year old women--who are mid-piercing and have no way to get away from him. 

Although initially JC Potts stated Pangea Piercing was closed for good and he was done with piercing, over the last few days he has begun to threaten his victims with lawsuits for speaking out.

We praise the brave women who have come forward and who have likely prevented the further victimization of countless others. 

Our demands: 

Pangea Piercing stay closed permanently.

JC Potts be done with piercing permanently. JC Potts should not have a position of power over anyone. 

Defend JC Potts' sexual harassment victims and those who exposed his Nazi sympathies against lawsuits. As a community we have your back and will raise money for your legal defense if needed. 

We expect any future establishment at the Pangea location to explicitly embrace antifascism, anti-racism, and to be a safe place for all genders and sexual orientations.
