This Ordinance is sponsored by Commissioner Richard Chervony and Harbor Island Commissioner Andy Daro, Amending Section 8.12 "Bonus Height" of the Unified Land Development Code. All North Bay Village and Harbor Island Owners/Residents opposing this 188-foot Additional Building Height Amendment that would allow the Developer to construct 50-story towers on East Drive are urged to attend.

Your comments can be up to 3 minutes and should be directed at the Commission and not to a particular Commissioner.
