I have always found cows to be incredibly cute. Their gentle nature and soulful eyes have a way of touching my heart. But beyond their adorable exterior, these animals deserve to live healthy and fulfilling lives. Unfortunately, not all cows in Washington are given this chance.

Many are subjected to poor living conditions that can lead to health issues and shortened lifespans. According to the Humane Society International, many cows on industrial farms live in cramped spaces with little access to fresh air or sunlight (Humane Society International). This is not only detrimental for the animals but also affects the quality of dairy products we consume.

The time has come for us as a community in Washington to take action. We must advocate for better living conditions for our local cows - more open spaces where they can roam freely under the sun and graze on fresh grass.

So many cows get slaughtered every day. We can put an end to this! Let cows live full lives and let them die of natural causes. Together we can stop this violence and take one step closer to the end of animal cruelty. Imagine if you were an animal that only got to live a few years before getting killed to get eaten. It's terrible and wrong. We can't just watch this happen! We can make a change!
