In El Salvador, various local animal welfare groups and shelters are dedicated to similar goals, working to rescue and protect animals from abuse, provide veterinary care and support, advocate for stronger animal welfare laws, and promote responsible pet ownership through education and outreach programs. 

Let's implement comprehensive programs that inform and inspire action, urging local governments and schools to join. Together, let's create a future where no animal suffers due to neglect.
