Waluigi Fans will likely never see his rightful inclusion to a smash game, and they deserve to have him in one of the best smash games. 

Fans know that his inclusion would bring a wacky moveset and the ability to chose a stylish, and arrogant, villain from the roster. 

People may dislike him, or even hate him, but we all know that a character that's hated the most is the most fun to play.
