The time has come for the American public to call for the impeachment of President Donald J. Trump. His presidency has been marked by numerous controversies and actions that many citizens believe undermine the very foundations of the United States Constitution and the ethical standards expected of the Office of the President. Donald J. Trump is simply not fit nor qualified to hold the position of President of The United States.

Under President Trump’s administration, there have been significant breaches of the public trust. Actions such as attempting to obstruct justice in the investigation of foreign interference in US elections, using the presidency for personal financial gain, Instigating an insurrection, and the propagation and (or) use of misinformation that has sown misguided division  and tension among American Citizens and has raised grave concerns. Albert Einstein once wrote in an Essay published in 1949 :

“When Private Capitalists control, rather directly or indirectly, the main sources of information, press, radio, education, etc. it is impossible for the individual citizen to make objective conclusions and make intelligent use of his political rights.”

This statement is as true as it was then in Einstein’s time as it is now in our time in regards to Donald Trump and his “Truth Social Platform” and his ongoing grotesque crusades against all media outlets that dare differ or disagree from his point of view.

These actions are not only unprecedented but also pose a serious threat to the integrity of our democratic institutions and the principles of transparency and accountability. Listed below, are a list of actions by President Trump and his Administration that warrant impeachment:

1) Donald Trump is a criminal and his ties, relationship & Involvement With Epstein would be enough for any other Individual to lose their job, position, rank, etc.

4)  Concerns about Anti Worker policies & Anti DEI executive orders that violate Title VII of the Civil Rights Act

5) Demeaning of the Judiciary System

6) Nepotism 

7) ILLEGAL DEPORTATION OF AMERICAN CITIZENS WITHOUT DUE PROCESS

8) Compromising the Global Presence of The United States & it’s Established Global Relations

9) Blatant Use & Misuse of Information in reference to Trump’s “Truth Social” platform

10) VENEZUELA

11) Domestic Terrorism & The misconduct of ICE Agents

12) January 6th Insurrection 

Moreover, President Trump's handling of national and international issues, including the COVID-19 pandemic and diplomatic relations, has often appeared to prioritize personal and political interests over the well-being and security of American citizens. For instance, Americans are still dealing with and paying for the refusal to provide timely and accurate information and response regarding the 2020 covid pandemic that resulted in the unnecessary loss of countless lives and has harmed our nation's public health response so badly that now, years later, we have a known anti-vaccine advocate and Conspiracy Theorist making the decisions regarding every American’s Health Safety & This person ONLY & SOLELY holds that position due to their loyalty to President Trump & not due their qualifications, knowledge, nor experience. 

Multiple legal experts, former government officials, and a significant portion of the American public have spoken out about the need for accountability. It is imperative that Congress act decisively to investigate these allegations thoroughly and, if substantiated, to move forward with impeachment proceedings to protect the nation’s democracy and uphold the rule of law.
