The residents of Baguio City, especially families, youth, and people of faith, are facing the disturbing prospect of a self-described "NORTHERN LANDS DECIMATION Satanic Ritual" concert by the extreme metal band Deiphago on April 19, 2025. This event explicitly markets itself as "The Filipino Antichrist Return" and "Christ's Death Rituals," directly attacking the religious beliefs held by many in our community. As an officially DESIGNATED CHARACTER CITY committed to promoting positive values, Baguio's cultural integrity and moral environment are at risk from an event that deliberately targets our region with "decimation" terminology.
