On countless instances, Debbie has demonstrated troubling actions that threaten the safety and wellbeing of her seemingly neglected pets, an offense that runs in violation of Maryland's animal cruelty laws (Title 10, § 6-303). Furthermore, adhering to TikTok's Community Guidelines, which strictly proscribe harassment and harm to animals, Debbie's disturbing conduct clearly oversteps these boundaries. TikTok, as a platform that allegedly promotes positivity and healthy community behavior, should take immediate action against such flagrant violation of its standards. Therefore, we appeal to TikTok and its parent company, ByteDance, to ban Debbie the Pet Lady from their platform.
