We are a group of concerned citizens from Leven, UK, who have personally experienced the repercussions of irresponsible dog ownership and breeding. Our story begins when we purchased a puppy from Daniel Hutchison and Shezelle Hodgson. The conditions in which these dogs were kept were deplorable - neglected, beaten, underfed - prompting us to rescue as many as we could afford.

Despite being overpriced, we encouraged our family and friends to purchase these puppies too, hoping to provide them with better homes. However, it soon became apparent that most of these dogs and their mother had been severely mistreated.

Reports have been made numerous times to the RSPCA about this situation. Yet shockingly enough, dogs remain in their care. This is not just an isolated incident; animal cruelty is a widespread issue in the UK with almost 130k animals rescued by RSPCA each year (RSPCA Annual Report).

This petition seeks immediate action against Daniel Hutchison and Shezelle Hodgson's ability to own or breed dogs further. We urge local authorities in Leven to investigate this matter thoroughly and take necessary actions for the welfare of these innocent creatures.
