Yet, this tranquility is under threat from the persistent burning of trees and tree waste materials happening on a daily basis in or near our residential and subdivided areas.

The impact of this daily burning is not merely an inconvenience; it has evolved into a serious health concern affecting my family, including my children, and our neighbors. We are compelled to stay indoors to avoid the acrid smoke, which has taken away our ability to enjoy our outdoor living spaces. The air we breathe is compromised, leading to potential respiratory issues and diminished quality of life.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), open burning releases significant quantities of pollutants, including particulate matter, carbon monoxide, and other harmful gases that are known to pose serious health risks.
