Dear Sir,

The release of the Offline examination circular for the ongoing odd semester is highly distressing for us. The reason is not only the fear of ongoing COVID pandemic, apart we have a new strain of COVID as well, which has laid the foundation for destruction, already. Some of the areas of NCR are badly affected by COVID and are still in the red zone, and the gathering of 1200 or more students together in a few acres of the area looks more destructing. Not only us our parents as well filled with utter chaos.

We are on the horns of dilemmas, one side COVID is frightening us, and the other OFFLINE examination.
We have innumerable reasons for raising our plea for ONLINE Examination: we have been studying through online mode since the pandemic started, gave all the internal examinations online. However, attending the classes physically provides another insight to studies, we have our notes physically, we have our teachers to resolve our queries since we have been deprived of offline classes for almost a year. We are not against the examination; we know this is for our betterment, but not in the best way; choosing ONLINE mode for the semester exam is somewhere is more beneficial for us. We expect a better result through ONLINE mode as compared to OFFLINE mode.

We are late for almost two months, the rest of the universities have been already instantiated their even semester, already and the examination mode was ONLINE. Students say the further postponement of the examination will highly affect our placements. We as the students of AKTU, it’s high time to consider our voices.

जारी विषम सेमेस्टर के लिए ऑफ़लाइन परीक्षा परिपत्र जारी करना हमारे लिए अत्यधिक व्यथित करने वाला है। इसका कारण केवल चल रही महामारी का भय नहीं है, इसके अलावा हमारे पास COVID का एक नया तनाव भी है, जिसने विनाश की नींव पहले ही रख दी है। एनसीआर के कुछ क्षेत्र COVID से बुरी तरह प्रभावित हैं और अभी भी रेड जोन में हैं, और कुछ एकड़ क्षेत्र में 1200 या अधिक छात्रों का एक साथ इकट्ठा होना अधिक विनाशकारी लगता है। हम ही नहीं हमारे माता-पिता भी पूरी तरह से अराजकता से भरे हैं।
हम दुविधाओं के सींगों पर हैं, एक तरफ COVID हमें डरा रही है, और दूसरी ऑफ़लाइन परीक्षा।
ऑनलाइन परीक्षा के लिए हमारी दलील को बढ़ाने के लिए हमारे पास अनगिनत कारण हैं: महामारी शुरू होने के बाद से हम ऑनलाइन मोड के माध्यम से अध्ययन कर रहे हैं, सभी आंतरिक परीक्षाओं को ऑनलाइन दिया है। हालांकि, कक्षाओं में भाग लेने से शारीरिक रूप से पढ़ाई के लिए एक और अंतर्दृष्टि मिलती है, हमारे पास शारीरिक रूप से हमारे नोट्स हैं, हमारे पास हमारे प्रश्न हल करने के लिए हमारे शिक्षक हैं क्योंकि हम लगभग एक साल से ऑफ़लाइन कक्षाओं से वंचित हैं। हम परीक्षा के खिलाफ नहीं हैं; हम जानते हैं कि यह हमारी बेहतरी के लिए है, लेकिन सबसे अच्छे तरीके से नहीं; सेमेस्टर परीक्षा के लिए ऑनलाइन मोड चुनना कहीं न कहीं हमारे लिए अधिक फायदेमंद है। हम ऑफ़लाइन मोड की तुलना में ऑनलाइन मोड के माध्यम से बेहतर परिणाम की उम्मीद करते हैं।
हमें लगभग दो महीने तक देर हो चुकी है, बाकी विश्वविद्यालयों ने पहले से ही अपने सेमेस्टर, पहले से ही और परीक्षा मोड ऑनलाइन हो गया था। हम तीसरे वर्ष के छात्रों का कहना है कि परीक्षा को स्थगित करने से हमारे प्लेसमेंट पर बहुत असर पड़ेगा। हम AKTU के छात्रों के रूप में, हमारी आवाज़ों पर विचार करने के लिए उच्च समय है।
