Our beloved anime (and manga) series Attack on Titan is sadly coming to an end with the fourth season. However, I think that the world of Attack on Titan and the discovery of Marley is just such a huge thing and there are so many still unanswered questions, that finishing it off with just one more season would be way too fast! There is so much more to tell that I beleive it could be told in atleast 2 more seasons. And besides that, who wouldn't want to watch this anime until death, even if it slows down a little bit? If it took 3 seasons for our heroes to get to the basement, it could easily take another 3 to get to the Coordinate.

I do understand however that some people just can't wait to finally see how this anime ends and that the wait for a new season is long enough already, but wouldn't you be a little more patient just to be able to enjoy this masterpiece a little more?

In my opinion the pace of the first season was the optimal, and since then the anime had been spilling new information faster and faster, up to a point that they hardly even sink in. (Marley, Eldians, Ymir and the whole story of Eren's father). Just think about the revealation that Bertholdt and Reiner were the Colossal and Armored Titans. It was waay too fast, and it came from nowhere. It wasn't a huge epic reveal in a sticky situation where they had no other choice(for example Reiner could've been nearly eaten or something, then have no other choice but transform) nor was it an immense unexpected assault from the two. The fact that Armin and the Scouts were suspicious of them came as a huge surprise too.

In conclusion, since the world of Attack on Titan is so wast, and the discovery of Marley is such a huge thing, I think ideally this would only mean a new chapter in the story of Attack on Titan. Thus, bringing atleast 2 more, if not 3 or 4 more seasons. We could look at the discovery of this knowledge in the basement as only the beginning of a great story.
