Bring back the Old Spice Original Deodorant Spray!

Bring back the Old Spice Original Deodorant Spray!

The issue

There's nothing better on this planet than smelling like a true man, and for most people, this was previously accomplished by a healthy dose of Old Spice Original deodorantspray at the start of a big work day, before a night out or a romantic night in, or whenever it was required to feel fresh.

Sadly, times are'a changing, and Old Spice believes that there is "no longer a demand" for the most masculine smelling deodorant out there: Old Spice Original. They say that original, good old fashioned retro clothes, colognes, accessories are "in" nowadays, and this is one of them that should be!

They have instead replaced their lineup with half-sized cans for the same price as the larger ones, containing "Swagger". Let us tell you now, only kids have swagger, men have style, and older men from the 50s have class. We want style and class, not swagger. The original is still the best.

These new cans of spray "deodorant" are more odorants, and are basically cans of Axe/Lynx deodorant with the old spice logo on it, and don't appear to be anti perspirant at the least, so enjoy the impressive underarm stains.

As an Australian customer, I rarely saw the original deodorant advertised or promoted here. The original aftershave and original stick deodorant seem to be on every shelf and store line in the country, but not the spray, so I don't believe for a second that "lack of demand" plays into it. The only time I've seen advertisements is for the new stuff called "Swagger" and the others that come with it (and even then, Australians are not receiving the full line of new deodorants, including Old Spice Danger Zone, Pure Sport, Aqua Reef, Wolfthorn, Hawkridge, Foxcrest or Komodo).

Procter and Gamble are missing out: http://www.theaustralian.com.au/media/old-spice-manufacturer-ignores-a-smellers-market/story-e6frg996-1225926412436

Many years ago they did not market their sprays here and Coles reported a surge in sales for their classic stick deodorant, the same needs to happen with the spray deodorant, all it takes is a good campaign.

Sign below to support this cause, after all, what's better than smelling like a true man (and being granted the ability to wrestle giant animals). We don't want to smell like 13 year old school teenagers with the range, or lack thereof, of other "deodorants" out there.
