Equal Pay for Equal Work - Nurse in Private and Govt Hospital!!

The Issue

There's no fixed salary for a nurse.

It depends upon the sector a person work.

The following are context to a private hospital and Clinic around India. For Fresher's if a person is registered under the State Nursing Council it's a bonus for her. So the salary will be more than those who were unregistered.
Salary may start from rs.5000–7000 ( for GNM Freshers)
FOR Bsc Nursing rs.6000–8000(Freshers)
Some hospital have nurses hostel in which she can enjoy some facilities ( varies from hospital- hospital)
In government sector salary starts at rs. Rs. 50000 Plus (approx)
Ps: the above figures were not the exact salary.

The government of India should ensure that hospitals stick to the minimum wage guarantee & other employment guidelines and should show the guts to take action against offending hospitals and Clinics.
