I am writing this petition on Behalf of Commodore Indra Deveshvar. Please read his feelings.

I am an 83 year old veteran who served Indian Armed Forces for 32 years. I never dreamt that I will have to even fight inside my country. This fight is tougher than fighting a war. We are losing hope. No one is listening to our problem.

For everybody, we are just buyers waiting for flat. They don’t understand, sometimes, we never slept for days or ate anything so that our countrymen can have safe and good future.

To spend rest of last few days of my life peacefully under a roof of my own, I booked a flat with BPTP in June. 2008, in a Project Park Serene, Gurgaon. I invested all my savings by paying off 95% of the total flat cost in advance by Nov.2011. But the construction is still not complete even after 8 years.

At least 400 customers have booked the flats and made 95% of the payment like me, of which 300 are defense officers.

I followed up with the company for many years sending emails or call but there was not a single response. I was not allowed to even visit the Construction site and was pushed out of the compound. Guards were deployed on gates so that they don’t enter the compound and take picture and status of the building. 

While the buyers like are in deep trouble, BPTP management is enjoying. The MD of BPTP - Kabul Chawla bought new home on 68th floor of the Time Warner Center’s south tower, Manhattan ,New York for $19.4 million( 125 Crore Rupees).In 2012, the company said it was overseeing more than two dozen projects, had 22,000 customers and had sales of $1.6 billion(10400 Crore RS)a nd most of the Projects are on hold  and pending.

We are still waiting for our flats and also decision of the court.BPTP is fighting the case from our money; Hard earned Money which few of us earned by patrolling on the border for the safety of our country and our people.Many of us are paying RENTS, EMI or Both. BPTP has proven to be BIG Fraud Builder and are least bothered about its customers.

Most of by Buyers feel cheated and there are worries that even BPTP management might run away from India like other did recently. My sincere request to you all on behalf of people like me who are cheated by the BPTP company or similar companies, to sign this petition to ask Indian Government to intervene in this matter and help all of us get justice by providing our flats , Delayed Delivery Penalty Payment and put the BPTP management Behind bars
