Dog breeding has now become a popular way to make substantial amounts of money. Unfortunately it is being done vastly and with absolutely no care for the animal. These poor dogs are being transitioned from house to house, bred and left to inexperienced individuals. These beautiful animals have no respect for humans, they trust no one. They feel insecure, they attack.  When the dog is destroyed the breeder’s continue their ‘business.’ They buy more puppies and the cycle starts again! When is this going to STOP!  The law states that breeders need to have a licence. The majority of the designer dogs - Pocket/French/XL Bullies come from breeders that do not carry any license? No background checks on the breeder is carried out when people buy these poor animals. Puppies are being born with so many health issues because the breeder is using the same female dog twice a year to produce puppies for profit. These poor puppies eventually end up being rehoused multiples of times, again they begin to feel insecure, unloved and the cycle starts again.
The government needs to get a hold of this ‘business’ why should dogs suffer at the hands of greedy individuals out to make a profit? No dog is born dangerous! Dogs want love and affection, they want food and shelter. The government MUST make it MANDATORY that a breeding licence must be granted once a full background check is carried out on the individual. No sale of dogs until documentation is presented and a prison sentence and lifetime ban of owning and breeding animals for anyone who chooses to ignore these terms and continue their breeding business. 
Dog shelters and homes are over run with dogs that have no more purpose after breeding or have been abandoned with puppies that have significant health issues and abnormalities. We need to stop this greedy, easy business before more  poor dog suffers at the hands of selfish greedy individuals!
