To date, in addition to Jan Tari - we have been in touch with 4 whistleblowers who have worked or are still working at the NMC and raised concerns suffering greatly as a result.

This is not a thing that is in the past, it is consistent culture and a culture which pushes those who challenge out of the organisation rather than learn by the organisational mistakes  made and try to improve and do better.

The NMC are forging ahead to increase fees and yet are doing nothing to improve - despite what their expensive PR machines are churning out in the media.

The public are not stupid and registrants know better - but when we are also being told by members of staff that the organisation is in fact worse than better - we wonder why is no one listening? 

One person has contacted us this week - same themes, same detriment, same lack of safeguarding and same damage.

This is showing us that despite all the NMC are publishing about cultural change - it is smoke and mirrors..
