The video was removed by the City of Prineville after ten weeks of torment and demand. The Police Department has not issued an apology or taken any accountability for their actions. In fact, the Prineville Chief of Police, Dale Cummins, has said the video didn’t violate any rules set forth by the department. 

In an interview with Oregon Public Broadcasting, Dale Cummins admits that he feels “offended” when confronted with the question “do Black Lives Matter?” The Chief has made it clear that he believes simply removing the video will suffice after weeks of torment to my family. It is time for him to step down and issue a formal apology.
