The problem is that teachers are assigning videos for homework but you can't watch them in study hall. Than when you get home you have to spend time on watching something you could have done in study hall. Also, sometimes we need to learn more about a certain topic in school, or enjoy watching videos to learn. We should be able to have the freedom to do so in lunch and study hall.

If enough students sign we can go to Shen officials and hopefully be able to watch assigned and educational videos on youtube and other video sites.

I am Sam Stelzer and I am starting this petition because I sometimes have free time in study hall and would like to watch videos to learn. Also, sometimes I would like to finish assigned video assignments and not have to watch them at home.
