Thank you all for the great support. We have crossed 1000 signatures this morning. But we need more support. Especially from parents. Prominently from parents. Only then may be BBMP will reconsider. Right now many think that this is the problem of the preschools, who are "minting" money anyway. What most people probably don't realise is that most of the times it's the popular ones who are making some money. And they are popular because they have big infrastructure investments made, especially on the location. To recoup those investments they need to pass on the costs to parents. Or, they need to have a huge number of children so that economics of scale kicks in at the cost of the high quality and personalised attention required for the preschoolers. However you look at it, it's the children who will end up losing the most.
