Sub:Cancelation of upcoming examination and evaluation of Bsc nursing students of WBUHS as per notice given by INc ,F.no-22-10/2020-INC,Dated:10th Jul 2020

Respected madam
This is the humble request on behalf of all BSc nursing students of WBUHS to cancel the upcoming examination which is going to be held in the month of december - january and to promote all the Bsc nursing students to the next academic session as per the notice given by the INC on 10th July 2020,F.no-22-10/2020-INC where it has been told that evaluation of the students except final yr to be done on the basis of 50% marks form internal assessment and remaining 50% marks from the students average performance in college examinations during the entire year. After giving online exam based on third year syllabus , Our classes of next session have already been started and it is impossible for us to participate in the previous year examination. We all have already started concentrating on our new session's syllabus as because INC clearly mentioned not to take any offline exams due to this pandemic situation. Many of us are unable to go to our respective PG or hostel to bring our books and copies.
So this kind of a sudden announcement for exam is against the guidelines of INC . So all these is creating a tremendous pressure on us . There is no improvement in the Covid pandemic situation also. So this decision is causing a threat to our physical as well as mental health and also our family members. So we beg before you to please cancel this exam as this is really a serious and bothering issue for all of us.

Therefore ,we will be highly obliged to you if you kindly look upon this matter and take necessary action.
