Make Mr. T an IB Teacher for Economics and Mathematics in 2019-2020
Make Mr. T an IB Teacher for Economics and Mathematics in 2019-2020
The Issue
Mr. T is currently a supply teacher in many schools in YRDSB including Maple High School and Tommy Douglas Secondary School. He has allowed me to understand various topics within mathematics. For those preceding reasons, I think Mr. T is a great fit for the International Baccalaureate program at Maple High School. He is extremely familiar with the mathematics associated with the IB curriculum and would be an extremely valuable asset. Besides math, Mr. T has expertise in fields of business, particularly Economics which will also be offered in the IB program. Mr. T has consistently shown that he can teach the material fluently which is of utmost importance in a rigorous program like IB. Myself and many of my peers believe that his proficiency in math and business are being overshadowed by the fact that he simply supplies for other teachers. Sign this petition to ensure that Mr. T will become a IB teacher.
