We, the people of Princeton TX, in order to form a more perfect City, and ensure domestic tranquility, promote general welfare, establish justice for those that seek to disrupt such peace with lewdness, burlesque/type behavior, exposing children to indecency and crude behavior, and the taking of money/tips for sexual-like acts, do solemnly affirm that we are asking for action to be taken to ensure that this kind of behavior never be allowed to exist in a public place in Princeton TX again. Per attached, some of the City's own rules and regulations were violated. The event that took place at Veteran's memorial park on June 27, 2021 went horribly wrong! We petition that the permitting process for our city be responsible to the citizens of this town; meaning that, there are rules in place that protect the children of this community, the values and rights of citizens, and the sanctity of our memorials. We respectfully submit this petition.
