Hi all, Last night the Princeton Council voted unanimously in favor of the latest re-design plan for Witherspoon St. The one-way street will include wide sidewalks, and additional space for loading zones and outdoor dining.

I'm struck by their patience, their expertise, and their ability to forge compromise.

If I can make one last plea before closing this petition: shop local. Let's all do our absolute best to get food, coffee, books, jewelry, wine - and so much more - in town.

The new Witherspoon is going to look and feel wonderful. It's the kind of community experience ... Mr. Bezos ... that doesn't happen online, or 60 miles up in space for that matter.
