It is a complete disgrace as a middle school to have security humiliate, embarrass, violently punish and shame a young African American child over a 65 cent carton of milk. Mr. Turk was on free lunch when he got his "free" milk carton but apparently it wasn't free ands Mr. Turk is currently facing charges. Prince William County has failed to discipline Ryan Turk correctly by throwing him on the ground, BUT they have beaten him out of a education. Not only did Ryan get overly punished for a crime that he did not commit, he has been viewed by his school as a "trouble child"  by saying he was disrespectful and being on his cellphone which is clearly irrelevant and has nothing to do with him performing in school. To add more insult to injury, the Middle school has expelled Ryan therefor making it impossible for him to graduate on time and is facing larceny charges which means Ryan's academic career and professional job career are at stake. Please help me spread this petition by bringing awareness to the cruelty and the doctrinarian of Black children in schools. Week after week I see that black students are being targeted for small incidents which puts their education in danger. The Prince William County middle school has failed Mr. Turk and for that, get him back in school, change your policy for free milk and DROP THE CHARGES!
