In honour of the residential school children buried in unmarked graves, we, the undersigned would like Canada Day, July 1, 2021 to be declared a national day of mourning and reflection with the purpose of standing with our indigenous people in solidarity, support, respect and love. Honour the lives lost. And never, ever forget.
