Minor revisions

I originated this petition when reopening of NAFTA was still anticipated as a future occurance. With NAFTA renogotiation now well under way I have made a few minor revisions to the wording of the petition to reflecti it as a present issue rather than a near future issue. I hope to gain considerably more signatures, yet I will have to close the petition and submit it soon, before renegotiation advanges much farther. Please keep it here others who may share our concern can see it.
