We are petitioning to get an Animal Abuser/Killer Registry - it is time that we have our voices heard in order to save innocent lives.  This petition is important because for too long animal abusers/killers have gone unexposed and permitted to continue their reign of terror on defenseless animals -- countless lives being destroyed/murdered by monsters.

It is TIME for all of us to RAISE OUR PAWS & VOICES and protect life - to show the world that we do not tolerate or permit this plague that is consuming defenceless lives, to expose those whose actions are cruel, barbaric & sickening, to finally shine the spotlight and keep these offenders from preying on more lives.

We must UNITE as ONE, to have our voices heard, we are the voices for the voiceless - the protectors of life, and the time has come for us to RISE above and show that kindness still exists in humankind.
