To the Honorable Prime Minister of India,

Sri Narendra Modiji,

The Union Government has done well in expanding the Tax payer base as a result of programs like Jan Dhan, emphasis on Aadhar Card, enhanced direct pay via Bank account, Demonetization & encouraging e-transactions.

For many year's the Middle class predominantly the one's employed in the organized sector & the Business community have been contributing to the Direct Tax Revenue.

Consecutive Government's have made many cosmetic attempts at easing the burden by announcing Tax Slabs & establishing exemptions limits on housing, medical, insurance etc., No SERIOUS ATTEMPT has been ever made to address the SOCIAL SECURITY CONCERNS of the organized workforce.

The next biggest reform push will come in the space of Labour Reforms.  The concerns of the Organized Workforce is not so much the Government's endeavor to create an environment of Investment but the lack of adequate SOCIAL SECURITY.

In this context may we request you to please consider instituting the following measure to protect all Income Tax assessees

1. Assured LIFE INSURANCE COVERAGE equivalent to 5x of the Individual IT Remittance with Minimum Slab for Exempted assessee's

2. Assured FAMILY MEDICAL COVERAGE equivalent of 3x of the Individual IT Remittance with Minimum slab for Exempted assessee's

3. Assured UNEMPLOYMENT PENSION for a period of 6 months corresponding last drawn Taxable income

The measures we believe will go a long way in assuring in SECURITY & ENCOURAGE more & more citizens to contribute to nation building efforts.

We humbly request you to consider this request & start the Public consultations at the earliest
