To The Honorable Prime Minister of India,

Sir,

• Demonetization was a great move to wipe out all the fake currencies of ₹ 1000 & ₹ 500 denominations that was wrecking havoc to our economy.
• It also helped in bringing out a very good percentage of black money that is to be used for our nation's development.
• We the people, citizens of India also realize that it has helped in reducing anti-national activities in many parts of our country by limiting the supply of cash that was used to fund terror outfits.

 

   But we worry that the latest situation on return of the charges for some cashless transactions and ATM withdrawals as unjust and needs your immediate attention.

 

  We understand through demonetization we as a nation is encouraged to use cashless transactions, be it Online transfer, Debit Card & Credit Card, RTGS & NEFT etc.

 

1.  But the Debit Card Transaction charges that is back in force is a complete let down and breaking one's spirit, forcing us to doubt the promise made to us.
2.  Also the ATM charges that has been back in force is a shot to the knee for everyone that are trying their best to adjust to demonetization.

 

We are trying our best to move to complete cashless transactions, but still we are forced to use cash for at-least 30% of our day to day life. 

 

We humbly request you, our elected leader to please Suspend all the bank transaction charges pertaining to Debit Card, RTGS, NEFT and as such that helps in cashless transactions and also to access ATMs until the right time.

 

 We hope you consider these genuine and humble request and do the needful at the earliest.
