Pushpanjali Constructions Pvt. Ltd., started booking plots in their proposed project at Chaata, Kosi Kalan, UP in 2006.

Possession was assured in 2009 with complete amenities such as proper roads, shopping Mall, Sewer connections, Mini Golf Course, Gated complex of the whole project, and much more.

Today, we find that the progress on the project is at snail's pace and only an eye wash to sell to new buyers. They are till date selling the plots / villas on the project while showing heavy features on the brochure and high new prices. When we tell them by buy back our plot at those current prices, they back off.

When contacted they promise new dates and deny the delays. Its normal they say. All their responses are baseless and with no responsibility.

The concerned authorities are requested to investigate the fraud this builder has done to the investors in their projects.

The builder should either offer the possession as per the initially assured features, or they should refund back our money at the new current prices which they are demanding from the new investors.

A strict action should be taken against the promoters and their office bearers, who are taking money from individuals and since there are no strong regulations or penalties, they act with impunity and are immune to the pains that small individuals are facing. There is no transparency in their projects and no communications on their operations.

There has to be investigation on the projects and the finance being collected from them to be used solely for the building of that project. It is understood that such builders often collect the funds in the name of one project and then use these funds in buying new land for offering yet new projects without completing the earlier committed project. These actions are solely intended for the builder's financial benefit but at the cost of the investors.
