Dear everyone,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kKilvFU2xkw
Our PM is still asking everyone to take the bivalent vaccines at CNY. I think it's best we put the discussions of vaccines aside this CNY. Put aside our differences with our family and loved ones and come to the table and rebuild our relationships again.
Chinese New Year is about celebrating our relationships, it’s about sharing what we have and to helping those around us. Despite whatever different views we may have about the vaccines, it’s best to toss them aside, sit down together as a family, as a society, and celebrate Chinese New Year together, just like the good old days, don’t you think? A world without the covid 19 or any plandemic.
Today, 21st Jan, marks the one year anniversary of me going into the Lion’s Den. It was a very traumatic and trying time for me and I spent my new year at the Cantonment Police Station, with not a single friend and family with me. It was also a very trying time for my husband Raymond, who didn’t know what was going on inside for me.
I want to thank all my friends and supporters who were there for him during Chinese New Year. Maybe you visited him, kept him company, consoled him even. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. It’s been a very difficult year for us and we wouldn’t have been able to come through without your support.
Chinese New Year while being a happy occasion for many could be a challenging time for others. Some of you would be going back to empty homes. Perhaps you have lost a loved one. Perhaps someone you know is suffering from cancer, heart condition and other illnesses and are now bed ridden or sick in hospital. Some people have also lost their jobs and are now struggling to meet their daily needs.
Wherever you are I want you to know that you are not alone. We at Healing the Divide are here for you if you need a listening ear, a friend or perhaps just some company to know that you are not alone in your struggles. We will be keeping our telegram support open. I will keep my house open also for anyone who wants to come and see me / talk to me / have a meal and so forth. So I want to wish everyone a very happy Rabbit Year. Let us bravely enter the rabbit hole and search for the truth in this Year of the Rabbit.
We the patriots at Healing the Divide love and care for a united Singapore. We look forward to the day when the truth will be exposed at last in the very near future.
We dedicate the song at the end to all those who have lost their loved ones and cannot celebrate CNY like before. Their names may not be mentioned, but you know who they are.
May they rest in peace.
I wish you good health and that you will have enough love in your heart to forgive those who have hurt you and the courage to live life bravely in a world of uncertainty.
新年快乐,
Iris Koh
